Podcast! Arsenal dissected, West Brom previewed, Samuel smashed…

We’re back with another podcast! Typically the mood is somewhat downbeat after yet another defeat. Since we started the podcast, we’ve only had the opportunity to discuss two league victories. I do think we manage to maintain a degree of chirpiness though in the face of constant disappointment. This week is no different.

We were joined in the studio by Richard Mason of the Northern Echo. He’s a fully fledged friend of the show and probably came up with his best contribution to date this week – a stunning biryani analogy. He helps us analyse the Arsenal game and preview the the massive game at the Hawthorns this Saturday. He was also at PDC’s presser and he cleverly dissects Martin Samuel’s controversial article, published this week. He was a busy boy this week it seems and we reaped the benefits!

Express and Star blogger, Warren Stephens, helps us out with an WBA view. The main topic of chat revolved around an enigmatic forward/midfielder/number ten/winger/striker who recently said his goodbyes at the Academy of Light. He probably took a taxi to the airport though, for obvious reasons.

It’s a bit of a ramble this week, clocking in at nearly an hour and two minutes. It’s probably worth a listen, though. There’s even some praise for Craig Gardner in there, if you prick those ears up well enough.
