Guess the score at Swansea and win a life-changing prize

Jake downplays the prize value ... ...

No winner on Tuesday night so here we go again with Guess the Score. Be the first to post the correct scoreline here – NB before kickoff – and win a Martin O’Neill mug.

OK, the headline has been reported to Lord Justice Leveson as wholly misleading. The prize will change the winner’s life only to the extent that he or she will have a new mug to swill tea or coffee from.

If you don’t win a free one, click here for the Martin O’Neill ‘Team of all Talents’ mug: £9.50, post-free for UK buyers, from the Salut! Sunderland Shop

As always, the competition is open to everyone. If you support Swansea and win a mug, I will modify its design.

Monsieur Salut’s decision shall at all times be final, even if it is wrong.

  1. Seeing as its not taken……. 0-0…actually what I do expect…make a nice matching pair of mugs…one for each side of the mantlepiece.

  2. I have decided that this season I will predict the exact opposite of what I want to happen. That way, if we lose I may have the consolation of a mug to look forward to. If, as per, my prediction is wholly incorrect, then we should have drawn or won. So it’s 2-0 to the Swans for me (please be wrong).

  3. 2-1 to the Mackems – we should have won there last season, John O’Shea hit the woodwork. It would be ironic for defenders to start scoring now that we brought in so much firepower to the club.

    • I hope you are right Jeremy but Moongod had that scoreline and with any luck lives in the Uk (so the mug goes postfree)

  4. Sadly I’m going for a close 1-0 to Swansea. I desperately need to change my life with another mug. My last was stolen by an envious son.

    • I will take 3-2 to the Lads. Fletch may be lacking at the moment but we still have Saha, Sess, Johnson, McClean and others. I fancy Jack Colback as one of our 3 scorers.

  5. Flame suit on 2 – 1 Swansea sadly. Think we might get caught wanting as Norman Stanley is way off match fitness.

    Hope I’m wrong.

  6. I wanted 1-2 as well. Seeing as I can’t have that or 1-3 it’ll have to be 0-3.

I don’t have a MON mug. This gives me the freedom to drink tea anywhere in the world. It’s a zen thing, as all SAFC fans will appreciate given their calm, contemplative approach to AJ’s signing.
