Podcast! It’s almost getting too easy now…

What were we worried about? Another routine victory against the Mags sees us nestled nicely a bit further up the league. Feels good to be away from that relegation zone, doesn’t it? Thought there’s still plenty of hard work to do, we’re getting ourselves into a nice position to attack the final third of the season.

It feels good to be a Sunderland supporter at the moment. Let’s bask in it for a bit…

Right, that’s enough basking. Now for some more reading followed by a bit of listening.

We are joined in the studio this week by The Son of Pele himself, Martin Smith. Chris Thompson from ALS lent us his dulcet tones too. We get some Hull chat from Matt Rudd. He likes Elmo, I think they all do down there and fair play to the lad. He always seemed personable, but let’s hope he’s rubbish on Saturday.

We also talk to David Mooney from the Blue Moon Podcast. We don’t normally do midweek previews, but seeing as though it’s a cup final dress rehearsal we thought it was worhtwhile giving him a bell.

So there’s nearly an hour of Sunderland based aural delights awaiting you. Subscribe on iTunes or get it on Soundcloud. Enjoy!

On the 27th of February, we’ll be hosting our second live podcast! It will take place at The Isis, Sunderland. All proceeds will be donated to The Foundation of Light. Guests confirmed for the panel are Chris Young from the Sunderland Echo, A Love Supreme’s Martyn McFadden and scorer of great headers, Gordon Armstrong. Tickets cost just £3 and are available here at the moment., as well as The Isis. It’s a great chance to come down and get involved with the podcast. Follow us on Twitter for updates @WiseMenSayPod.
