SAFC vs Bournemouth Guess the Score, not that it matters much any more

Ah but there is a prize and it aids the Bradley Lowery campaign. Read on …

This is a deliberately brief
edition of Guess the Score. It will receive the same sort of effort the players put into most games.

A prize will be awarded to the first reader who correctly predicts the `result of Sunderland vs Bournemouth. The choice will again be between a mini-version of the Nick Barnes Matchbook or a suitable mug designed in accordance with your allegiance. In other words, Bournemouth fans can enter, too.

A win would just about ensure the Cherries’ safety, though they already look out of serious danger. No kind of result can help us.

Onwards and downwards. Here’s to a promotion challenge next season …

And Ha’way the Lads all the same.

The SAFC dressing room mug

Don’t forget, the Bradley Lowery appeal fund benefits whichever prize the winner chooses, either a fiver from Nick’s publishers or the same amount from Salut! Sunderland if he or she wants a mug.

    • Then why hasn’t my 3-3 worked all season? On second thoughts, we are as likely to influence the score by using the ether as our players’ “efforts” on the pitch!

  1. Oh Bill, how could you? Mrs Wrinkly will leave me for you – and the mug – if you win. I feel a 4-4 draw coming on despite Cattermole being sent off, the Bournemouth keeper blinded four times by flying pigs and our back four comfortably outpaced ten times but Pickford saves six of those.

  2. Sunderlad 6- 0 Bournemouth……..all is lost, so wouldn’t it just be like us to do something totally unexpected….. probably not.
