After the rhetoric and posturing that resulted from a bit of mickey taking at the end of last season no doubt the supporters of Manchester United will be celebrating their revenge. We can expect more than a modicum of gloating and worse but to anyone coming on here to tell us “we told you so”, let me state that this result came as no surprise.
