John McCormick writes: I remember us beating Chelsea many years ago, when the world was young and the Busty wasn’t bust. More recently we finished just below them as Peter Reid gave our dreams substance. Then they moved into a different financial league and never have the twain looked like meeting again.
We have, however, had our days against Chelsea and we might be due another one. We have a system, we’re unbeaten in the last one game, we even have a Korean who is good enough to score against them but not good enough for our squad. So how will we do? In the absence of M Salut, who is beset by hypergremlins, I’m inviting you to make a prediction. What do you reckon?
M Salut has not offered a prize this week but have a go for fun and post your prediction for Saturday’s game. There’s nothing to gain but you never know and, as Wigan, Wolves and Worcester folk will tell you, you can’t win it if you’re not in it.
Chelsea fans and neutrals are, of course, welcome to join in (Chelsea fans, especially, should post now, before they read Pete’s piece to come). People posting comments for the first time may experience delay in seeing theirs appear; it’s to do with the anti-spam filter but moderation is normally quite fast. And in the event of identical (correct) scores being posted we will know the order of posting and guarantee to honour the prophet who got there first.

2-3 it’s got to be for me as William beat me to the right score. Enjoy your mug!
I’d like to think we can win, but I sense a draw 1-1.
SAFC 2 Chelsea 1, hard fought win in the offing with continuing improvement……here’s hoping
2-0….Fletcher 44min & Altidore 88min.
Another 0-0 thriller
1-0 to the lads, Borini to score
We’ll definitely score. Whether it’s a winner, an equaliser or merely a consolation is the burning question.
I have a feeling … 4-1 to us. Or is that just a memory?

Keep taking the tablets Colin.
Hope I’m wrong but 0-2 is coming to mind
