Now Rotherham did even better than us at the weekend, tonking our opponents for the coming weekend, Bolton Wanderers, 6-1. We have to believe we have the squad to bring them down to earth – and then go onto win at Bolton.

Rotherham features in the song. But on Cara’s lips it is Rother Ham, a pronunciation I had never before heard. She’s from Northern Ireland and could easily pull me up on how I pronounce certain Irish place names. So all, I hope, is forgiven.
